Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at elyn@elyndesiree.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order details and a clear photo of the issue. I will assess the situation and determine if a replacement is necessary.
Delivery & Shipping Costs
Orders will be delivered through a third-party shipping service, and the delivery fee will be paid by the customer upon delivery. I am not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or additional fees charged by the delivery service. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, I am unable to make changes or cancellations.
Digital Products & Exchanges
I do not process refunds or exchanges for digital products. All digital purchases are final.
